The Creative and Athletic Child is a fun and exciting way to enhance
your child’s creativity and athleticism. This program is appropriate
for children 8 years of age and older.
This DVD program consists of three innovative exercise segments. We
begin by strengthening the upper body and learning how to juggle.
Juggling develops ambidexterity, and balances both hemispheres of the
brain and both sides of the body.
Next, we increase lower body strength and learn how to jump rope
correctly. Jumping rope coordinates the upper and lower parts of the
body, and is a great cardiovascular conditioning program.
Finally, we improve our core strength, and learn how to dribble and
spin a ball using both hands.
